The Dream.

My story begins and ends with food. I grew up in a bed and breakfast, owned and operated by my dad. At an early age, I saw the power food had to heal, to comfort, and to fuel us and our guests!

The Now.

For the last 8 years I have been working almost exclusively with Olympic-level athletes, primarily in endurance and team sports, but also sports with unique demands such as archery! While all of these athletes have commonalities, their nutritional needs could not be more diverse and specialized. My goal is to find your perfect recipe for success.

The Future.

Looking to the horizon, I’d like to take my skills, experience and expertise beyond the Olympic movement. Helping people of all kinds to establish healthy relationships with food, improving energy levels and performance beyond sport, and making evidence-based nutrition strategies approachable and simple is something I firmly believe is a right to anyone willing to take the journey.

More about Liz…

I’m so blessed to be able to split my time between summers on the East coast and the mild winters of the Southwest. No matter where I go, my dog Sonoma is always nearby. You may even meet her one day! Outside of an intense love of food and flavors, I love staying active with my yoga practice, surfing, tending to my garden, hiking, and any other activity that gets me moving. My soul is fed when cooking for the people I love, and nights spent bonding over a great glass of wine. Life, as well as food, is meant to be enjoyed fully, to the last drop. That is exactly what I intend to do.
